GoodLife Mountain Rescue Dry Hop Pale Ale

CIMG7411

This is a new brewery for me. GoodLife hails from Bend, Oregon, and this is seems to be one of their flagship beers. This beer features NW Pale, Melanoidin, C-60, and Carafoam (a Dextrin malt), with Centennial, Bravo, Cascade, and Pacific Jade hops.

Stats:
American Pale Ale. 5.5% ABV. Oregon.

Bright orange color. Nice head with just beautiful lacing.

Nice hoppy nose, mostly a citrus play with a little bit of grain in the background.

Mouthfeel is great. Body is medium-full with a perfect dose of carbonation.

Floral and citrusy up front, nice bit of hop on the middle, ends on a bitter, but well-balanced finish.

Well, I gotta say that there is nothing wrong with this beer. The flavor profile isn’t going to blow you away, but it’s very well made. 89 points.
