Rince Cochon

Here’s a new one for me. I just liked the pig on the label, so had to buy it. I couldn’t find much information on this beer.

Stats:
Belgian Strong Pale Ale. 8.5% ABV. Belgium.

Golden color, nice bright white head.

Really nice nose. Just slightly tart with lots of honey and quite fruity. Red and tropical fruit fill the nose. Hint of coconut as well.

Mouthfeel is quite nice. Lots of carbonation with a medium-light body.

The fruity-ness is shocking. It’s got this raspberry meets strawberry thing going on that’s pretty ridiculous. Hint of honey and coconut. Really delicious beer.

I’m loving this beer. 91 points.
