Rolling Rock

They don’t call it “Extra Pale” for nothing. This beer has rice and corn as adjuncts, which are only the “choicest” ingredients. Well the can is cool looking.

American Adjunct Lager. 4.6% ABV. Missouri.

Very pale color, big head when poured right down the middle, but that’s mostly gone at this point.

The faintest hint of grain on the nose.

Mouthfeel is similar to pop.

Papery, slightly sweet and watery up front, in the mid, and on the finish. There’s a slight honey quality on the finish.

If you thought Miller was light, holy geezus. This really isn’t far away from carbonated water. There’s nothing off-putting necessarily, just soooo light in flavor. 67 points.
