Jester King Wytchmaker

Rye IPA, nice! More Texas beer! This one features all organic 2-row, malted rye, Carapils, and Carafa malt with Millennium, Cascade, Columbus hops. This also features their signature farmhouse style yeast strain.

American India Pale Ale. 7.3% ABV. Texas.

Burnt orange color. Fairly hazy and has just a gorgeous head and lacing.

Definitely hops coming through, but it’s not over-the-top and has a nice hint of rye and quite a bit of yeast coming through.

Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with medium carbonation.

Lots of peaches and apricots up front with a floral hop note following after. Hint of rye, with lots of yeast coming through. Has a slight tartness. Floral finish.

Darn tasty, but not a hop bomb. Very well balanced with a surprising yeast component. 89 points.
