Oakshire Perfect Storm Double IPA

This is not listed on the breweries website, therefore, no information for you!

Imperial India Pale Ale. 9.3% ABV. 100+ IBUs. Oregon.

Muddy orange to light copper in color. I’ve seen better head.

Obviously it’s an uber hoppy nose with a lot of pine and citrus coming through. I do get a cinnamon component, which is interesting.

Mouthfeel is quite nice. It’s medium to full bodied with a medium carbonation.

Don’t drink anything after this because you won’t be able to taste it. Pine resin meets a squirt of lemon, grapefruit, and orange but followed by a pine cone. That’s not a bad thing, mind you.

It’s another solid beer from Oakshire and another solid DIPA. That being said, it’s a fairly typical DIPA. 89 points.
